Sourcing is where most supply relationships fail quietly. A specified model is discontinued, a substitute ships without notice, and the mismatch is discovered at installation. We check every line against the specification you provided, and when an equivalent is required we present the comparison in writing and wait for approval.

One order, one invoice, as many delivery addresses as the project requires. Delivery windows are confirmed before dispatch, not guessed at afterwards, and each site receives a packing list referenced to your purchase order.

Installation & technical service

Specialized installation of equipment, cabinets and millwork.

Supplying a commercial range and leaving it in a crate on the loading dock is not fulfillment. Our installation scope is quoted as a separate line so you can accept it or use your own crews, and completion is documented with a sign-off record.

Fulfillment questions

The details that decide whether a delivery goes smoothly.

Standard line-item requests are answered within one business day. Complex bid packages are acknowledged the same day with a committed response date so you can plan your own submission.

Yes. Invoicing can be structured by site, department, cost center or project code as long as the structure is agreed before the order is released.

Freight terms are stated explicitly on every quotation rather than buried in standard conditions. Where freight is included we say so; where it is prepaid and added, the estimate appears as its own line.

Yes. Certificates of insurance, W-9 forms and standard vendor onboarding documentation are furnished on request, typically within one business day.

Note it on the delivery receipt and contact your account representative the same day. We manage the carrier or manufacturer claim on your behalf and arrange replacement rather than handing you a claim number.

Yes, and it is worth telling us early. Year-end volume is planned in advance with reserved stock and confirmed delivery dates so obligations land inside the fiscal window.
